1. No employee, owner, subsidiary, or business that supplies or services the company, may make more than ten times the company’s lowest payed employee.
2. No bonus may equal more than a week’s pay. No more than two bonuses may be given per year.
3. No company or investor can keep profits of more than 30% of the business’ or investment’s gross. Any excess must be used improve the lives of the poorest people in the world. This must equal at least 10% of the profit.
4. The anti-loophole law. Any lawyer who tries to skirt the spirit of a law by exploiting a loophole will be found guilty of serious criminal behavior.
